Visa & Invitation Letter

France Visa:

Travelers attending the World Conference on Surgical Techniques & Anesthesia (WCSTA-2026) in Paris from March 12-14, 2025, will need a Schengen Visa. Since France is part of the Schengen Area, a Schengen Visa allows entry not only to France but to all participating countries within the region, including Italy. This visa permits a stay of up to 90 days in the Schengen countries.
As there is no separate tourist visa for Italy or individual Schengen countries, applicants should apply for a Schengen Visa to visit any of the countries within the area. To apply, you must visit the French embassy or consulate in your home country. Although visa applications are accepted at embassies and consulates of all Schengen countries, you must apply through the diplomatic office of your main destination.
Official Invitation Letter: Official Invitation Letter: Official invitations will be sent to attendees once after registration. The invitation letter will be sent to those who requested it through mail only.
